Don has been actively involved in the real estate industry for over thirty years. He has cultivated strong professional relationships and contacts over the years, specializing in title insurance and real estate land development. Don has extensive expertise in the entire subdivision process, including land acquisitions, entitlements, final maps, DRE White Reports, and escrow-sale outs. He is continually used as a resource to interpret complex real estate transactions, pertaining to the Subdivision Map Act.
As a longtime North State BIA member, and former Chairperson, Don has devoted many years developing industry-wide rapport. Don has held 2 different chairs in the Sacramento Region BIA as President of both HomeAid and the Associates Council. He was also a Board Member of the BIA Board of Directors for 2 consecutive years. Currently, Don is an active board member of the Sales and Marketing Council, an honoree lifetime member and is pending the admittance to the HomeAid Bay Area board.
Prior to joining Fidelity National Title Group, Don was in the homebuilding industry for 3 years and worked for a local builder, where he was their broker of record and managed land acquisitions, forward planning, political affairs and sales and marketing.
